I love all of your Cranberries covers; this is one of my favorite Cranberries songs, because Dolores Riordan put her whole heart into it. You've used the wide harmonies (5th and 6ths rather than 3rds) that Dolores used to evoke the sadness; excellent.

your cover is beautiful, one comment though, it is actually"unhappiness, where's when I" where's is short for whereas. if you say was it becomes the opposite of what the song is saying. she's saying she's unhappy now but when she was a kid she was happy. saying 'was' she's saying she was unhappy as a child. beautiful voices!
