Fair enough odegaard. I respect the statement of intent. But I fully expect him to be a man of his word and back his talk. He needs to prove to us thay the cannon aint too heavy for him. It's because he is now playing for someone who is a winner as both a Player and Manager. Arteta has always been a btec Alonso- similar age,both are Basque and played at the same time. Alonso won 4 League titles, 2 Champions Leagues, 2 Copa Del Reys, 2 DFB Pokals and an FA Cup as a player. Also won 2 Euros and 1 World Cup at international level- starting in the final of all 3.

No one talks about the runner's up. They always talk about the winners. No one as ever talked about Manchester United 2nd place finish under Ole but they were on everyone lips the following season when we suffered two of our worst ever seasons. Arsenal fans must have standards and strive for greatness, not be happy about back to back 2nd place finishes.
