Next project, you should make War machine Chainsaw Sword. Its a really cool that would be the next biggest project to the Soul edge sword.

For anyone who wants this to be a "wig", still make the spikes but stop at the shapes before carving and painting. Instead, take a wig in the right colour then cut out all the wefts (you might need multiple wigs), and use a mix of spray glue (I recommend Loctite) and hot glue and wrap/stick the hair down onto the wig. Trim the hair at the end, and use Got2B spray and gel to smooth it over. You can also use white glue on the very ends to clean the tips :) Hope that helps

Covering the foam with hair is a great idea! I would still suggest a base color, it would suck to glue all the hair on and have the foam color peek through...

Dear Odin--Thank you so much for the amazing video. I am a veteran Game Dev and former film FX guy (models, like those in Aliens, etc). I am a very skilled craftsman, but could not have pulled off the pink cousin to your hair (big halloween this year for my nephew!) without your help. Kind thanks! I'm nearly done, but finding very poor registration on the bottom edges for final assembly due to curvature and intentional deformation--hoping I don't have to cheeze it too much to get it to all come together. Any suggestions welcome on the later! My Regards- Roger
