Great video! Can you integrate an Odoo form into an existing web done with another tool like wordpress?

You definitely can! What do you currently get out of the form to notify you someone has filled it out?

We are not using odoo for marketing yet, but we are assessing it. I am still trying to understand how the lead generation works, how automated it is, etc.

@@elenarios3855 That makes sense. You can create leads or opportunities with an email, a webhook, or an api integration. It all depends on what your source allows.

Can I add a “stage” to leads and have them go through a leads pipeline of stages before they get converted to an opportunity?

Question from your subscriber :-) Instagram business accounts can now have a custom form where customers can request products by entering their contact information. Would it be possible to transfer the customer information submitted by a customer on Instagram to ODOO CRM?

You should be able to do that using webhooks.

I believe you can do this with a webhook which is generally easier than an API.

why when you usa the contact form in website (including the phone) and an opportunity is created from there, then you create te customer to reply the email only the email is automatically copied and the name and phone are totally LOST. If you activate the lead option it works good the copy of the name and phone to the new customer, but with direct opportunities creation it dosnt work.
