It looks like a “Rating”. Is it possible to use it for 5* rating or maybe Odoo provides specific widget for rating ?

in prescription when i enter slash(/) showing so many options like table, Heading , so many options are shwing how can i remove table option sir ???

Sorry but i don't understand about the purpose of this priority field. Is this field used for set priority for the records? such as in the tree view, it will sort records by priority, like 3 star records -> 2 star records -> 1 star records -> 0 star records?

No it will not work, this is a widget where it can be used record the priority of a record, just like a marker.

If you need to sort tree view based on this field, you can set the order for the tree view using default order attribute using this field
