When I close my eyes @ 57. This song oh my gosh it just so beautiful. So sir I understand u about the things this song did. I only have one daughter and one granddaughter. I played this for my daughter and she fell in love with it.❤. Rip to hold group. The lead singer her son is now doing shows his mother’s music he is doing a great job he c sing a son he has unique voice, just like his mother. rest in peace.

The atmosphere in many or most of the clubs in the 70's & early 80's was absolutely great, with records such as this superb Odyssey track playing and many other massive disco hits( of which there were quite a few ) that we used to dance to and( without looking through rose glasses), it was just unforgettable as I look back at the disco scene back at that time.

One of the most intensely deep angsty epic records I've ever loved... and at 65 years old, having been the fool who broke hearts, and also having been the fool who's heart was broken ...this song continues to "matter". As much as I finally "get it" and respect intimacy now, THIS SONG CONTINUES TO RESONATE WITH ME... especially having children both male and female who I HOPE don't make the same mistakes I made along the way.
