Well I can tell you one thing, had we not have dissected the harness, man would there have been issues on start up 😂 Thanks for watching guys! This car is super close to being done. Gotta plan that trip to Kentucky to Haltech 😎🤙🏼

Kalvins Garage hey man great work with the zupra, have you ever looked into the brake booster delete? I’m not 100% sure about exactly how it works but I know for sure they make it. Considering the effort you put into the engine bay getting rid of that hideous brake booster would be badass. I’ll see if I can dig up some info on it.
@iwrecktem93756 жыл бұрын
On a side note, as many KZbinrs i watch building cars... this is legit, one of the cleanest, nicest looking, with the most attention to detail and effort put into it. I mean, just look at the engine bay for Chroists sake.. Good job, buddy, keep it up!

Bro you are doing a great job. BUT i have a feeling that if that tape is not for high temp it will melt with your wires and it will become Mac and cheese. At least change it for a high temp tape to the harness which is close to the motor. Just saying. Keep up the great job man. Cant wait to see it complete.

Extend the wires between the harness and the ecu. It’s not terribly hard and it’ll let you keep the ecu inside the car. Also I would go with the ls coil pack conversion. It completely gets rid of the old coil pack harness, and the coil packs are better, cheaper and more readily available

Jonathan Flexiko just turbo the ge. If it’s a non vvti it’s just as strong as a turbo 2j (can hold upwards of 600 hp no problem). If it’s a vvti, it’ll do maybe 400 wheel before it blows. However you can just swap over the bottom end. Everything is is the same externally. Only difference is the rods/pistons

@07:23 this is why we purchase new EFI harnesses rewrapping am is okay but the wire will still always be super brittle underneath which causes new issues All In Their Own. Refreshing is nice but still not a hundred percent. If done correctly will def work but still prone to potential future failure due to brittleness of wires
@KalvinMalli6 жыл бұрын
Wire was not brittle at all 🤙🏼
