Did you have to mark the injector pump to remove and replace

Actually everything is right, and chain was not stretched at all , I even drove on this engine... This is how my marks appear to be

Both cylinder, camahaft wheels are 180 degree wrong

Yes the timing is out, but u don’t show how you set it properly….

If you are doing a video trying to show something, show it ! The video ended up and the marks are not clearly visible on the video, for us to understand what are you talking about.

That was the project engine that didn't worked properly that I was fixing
