@@salmajohn2391 sure with pleasure. Let me first tell you I had no idea whatsoever what was the test all about. I registered 20 days before the exam. I checked you tube too many people did videos but Jay's were the best for me. Regarding speaking it was fine though I had some stumbling "grammatically" and I corrected it immediately. I didn't write down notes though afterwards I thought it might have been useful to do so. My advice to stay calm and confident through it. I literally thought I screwed it but guess what it was my highest score😄 2)writing : it was a referral letter, I took Jay's advice regarding summarizing and general layout. It was not hard, though I revised my capital letters and punctuation which i found some mistakes in them. For me the hardest section was reading, was tough and I had to stick to exclusion of the wrong answers. I was left with almost 2 closely similar answers which I had to go with my intuition for them😁 time was tight on that section and I was delusional that I would have enough time to recheck some answers (lightly shaded them) but once I was done, time was already up

In some case notes it's not possible to write the paragraph of purpose expanded after the paragraph of purpose because there's more relevant information in the patient's past medical history which has to be included before the detailed purpose.
