Clayton Browning I don't see how people are just realizing that Aaron is an amazing vocalist. He's done some work in previous Of Mice & Men songs. One of my favorites would be "Would You Still Be There" in Restoring The Force, alongside with these two singles that were released.

It wasn't the same with those albums because at that point in time everyone was just looking at Aaron as this guy that replaced Shayley. Also those songs had more of a nu metal vibe. While that doesn't bug me in the slightest, I know a lot of other people people didn't like so that's probably why he's not taken as seriously until now.

The Flood remains one of my favorite albums, and I will always love the up-tempo metalcore style they used to create so effortlessly. That said, with Austin’s departure and the band’s evolution into nü metal, I think this is about as good as it can possibly be. I wish these changes never occurred, but now that they have...well, fucking bravo for making it sound fresh as fuck.

Had the honor of meeting the original guys Of Mice And Men just a little bit before they really took off in the music industry. The Flood was the first album I bought, and was blown away by how well they did. This is a great song no doubt. It just doesn't feel the same without Austin. I wish the best for these guys. Hope they all have safe travels to each city around the world, and to hopefully cross paths with them again.
