I’m curious to see the scene where Abby is being hanged by the Seraphites. The game shows the scene as a single unbroken shot so curious to see how they timed the on-screen vs off screen animations. Also, at the risk of seeming like a perv, I’m very curious to see the two love scenes and how much of that they animated given that the game presents those scenes in very tight shots.

I was shocked when I saw that they would render things that the player would not see in a million years like for example the sniper section with Abby, I was almost sure that they wouldn't render Tommy's model! Is this really how the game is shipped or it just gets rendered because you have free camera movement settings on?! I'm really curious to know.

@@DonkeyPlanet(Wall of text go brr) Culling in games is where the game stops rendering certain assets that aren't visible to the player, so the game will cull anything behind you to save resourses since you can't see it anyway In Naughty Dog games the game will cull absolutely everything if you go too far out, as you've clearly noticed. This is most likely a memory thing, to try and avoid a memory overflow that'd result in a crash. Before the devs strip the debug menu for the retail game there is normally an option that you toggle to disably all culling, but in the retail game the option is nowhere to be found in the menu, you beed to either poke the memory address with something like PS4Cheater or replace an option with it in the dev menu. You can see an example of this in my crash menu replacement I made for Tlou1 Unfortunately the offset isn't public, and the person who taught me how to find it would most likely be pretty annoyed if I released the offset or the single option replacement BUT. thankfully there IS a workaround, it'd be kindof a dick move for me to mention this and NOT give you a solution you can do yourself lol Though it is addmittedly ludicrously tedious; you need to blank out the VIS_INFO string inside the .pak of whatever level you want to view. This will disable all culling. And slightly impact performance

I also have PS4Cheater, but I don't really know where are these bytes located which can turn on and off different settings. I have seen that debug menu offset is really close to a byte which controls the camera inverted = true/false.
