He walked off, and there was no reason to pursue or notify the police. No harm, no foul. 🤷‍♂️ If, on the other hand, he HAD stolen or broken the phone in my hand, shit would've got real; quick, fast, and in a hurry. People like the man in this video are intentionally aggressive and confrontational, and look to escalate any situation they're in and retroactively justify it. Preemptive violence is excellent in soldiers; we're meant to kill, it's what we do. But good soldiers make for BAD civilian law enforcement officers. Period. James, I have been following you for quite some time and have always enjoyed your content, and the commentary. Doing the most brief research I've learned that James Cain had resigned from the Stuttgart, AR police department in March of 2022, so at the time of the events in this video he was no longer an LEO for almost 10 months. Even if he were so employed, he was significantly out of his jurisdiction, as Stuttgart, AR is roughly 500 miles from Wichita, Kansas. Nothing I've seen in the video, or any subsequent information excuses his actions. I submit that any department which would hire a bully such as Cain, place a shiny piece of government issued jewelry on his chest, authorize him to carry a firearm, and equip him with the authority to arrest is sorely lacking in the screening process. It is a blessing to us all that he is no longer an LEO.

I used to live in Arkansas and the cops down there are out of control. The police union doesn't care. Think about it. The payoff comes from tax money budgeting. It's like paying to get your own ass kicked and then paying your own lawyer to defend you and again paying yourself the judgement. Then union asks for bigger budget. It's a loop theyve managed to create that allows them impunity along with qualified immunity. The union has to brought down or to heel first. Did you know on average 20-60% of municipal budgets go to policing and that municipality has zero oversight of its own police or budget expenditures? They are by definition and occupying force beholden to nobody at all. They're storm troopers for capitalism which is why they congregate in stores and business districts always at the ready but can't get to you in a crisis in under 40 minutes. When they do show they're just as likely to shoot you as your dog out of fear. The system is corrupt. Wholly.
