Will nic having skirting around the cabin for the winter, but make sure to put in a door. So you can get under when needed.

Looks like you folks are having a great time working on your cabin getaway. One small hint I would like to pass along is about laying stone or tile , use a notched trowel( 0ne edge looks a squared sawtooth.) this sets up the mortar with ridges and valleys. Back butter your stone or tile then place it down. You will find that the stone or tile will set nicely and level easily. Also I am a little worried that you didn't put down a water proof membrane under the stone. After a period of time water will penetrate under the stone through the mortar , loosen the mortar and the wood underneath will swell breaking the bond leaving you with loose stone. Next time if you are in a hardware or lumber store ask about water proof membrane , I am sure the folks there will show you how it is installed. I would hate to see all your effort having to be redone. Keep at it it, it looks like a great project

Why not put the Rboard right at the bottom of the subfloor? It's going to make for warmer floors and less of a chance for mice to make a home under your cabin.
