Place looks great buddy. The only thing I would have done different is that big window, but that’s merely preference. I don’t know why but I have a fear of big windows 😂. It irrational and dumb I know. When I get indoors I like to hide I guess. But you have something special there. I know you must enjoy it very much. Great job again.

Hang a small shelf next to the stove, and place a ceramic tile on it. That will hold those hot stove pieces when you need to use a pot.

Off-grid is away from people. Electricity is produced from wind, solar or water. His Not-off-grid is in a neighborhood not away from people. He is using On-Grid power from an Electrical Pole coming from the subdivision. This is NOT off-grid living. I know off-grid living. My electricity comes from a Hydro-generator and from solar charging 5 12volt batteries to power my Treehouse. 38 miles from the nearest gravel road. 72 miles from the nearest town.
