Just want to say thank you for last week, we’re obviously still really anxious to be sharing this video today but the support from this community has meant so much. The only people that have known the full story of what’s been going for so long has been our parents (hi mom and dad x 2, we know you’re reading this)…every text and conversation from them this week has been them updating us the comment section, as if we’re not as invested as they are 😂. Of course, it’s in a parent’s nature to protect their kids and they’re just so appreciative to each and every one of you for having our backs as this unfolds. This wasn’t the news we were hoping for this week, especially with fall feeling like it’s slipping away. We’re trying to make contingencies and figure out next steps to get the container home running NO MATTER WHAT this winter. Because some people will not just fight a lawsuit, they will just pay the bill.And of course, this company thinks they haven't done anything wrong. And that company's mind, they fulfilled their part of the bargain, but for some reason, they don't realize what a shitty job they did. If the right people aren't sent to do the jobs and the information about their mistakes never makes it back to the main company, how is that mean company supposed to even know that their people are just no good. I don't know if one of the owners was there while the installation was going on so for what, but I don't think they have a leg to stand on.

I am AMAZED at the level of restraint you boys must have. If it were me, I'd sue their asses for the entire cost of the pool, the liner, the installation, not to mention the cost of time, labor, and energy having our beloved Dumpy fix all the shit that they should have taken care of in the first place. We love Dumpy naturally (I mean he has an American fan club), but he honestly needs to be elevated to sainthood for all he's done and redone for companies who clearly can't get their shit together and do the damn job right the first time.

I rarely comment. But THIS had me furious. The company should reimburse TOTAL funds received plus all labor and materials for repair PLUS pain and suffering. @17:51: I’m so glad you talk about silica. My dad passed away in 2019 from silicosis which is a lung disease from silicone. If causes your lungs to harden like rock and you can’t breath anymore. He was a glass glazer all of his life and back in the 70s and 80s they didn’t wear a mask. I wish more creators would take awareness when doing home projects. I don’t know if Canada has a Contractors board or not… Here in Arizona….we have a contractor board and if you were here after the lawsuit is done you can report this whole thing to them…The contractors board doesn’t take kindly to this kind of shady dealings….before anyone hires a contractor they can check with contractors board to see what their reputation is and if they have a license…. Filming all of your findings will probably be invaluable during the lawsuit. A counter suit sounds like it would be appropriate. I cannot believe the original company even pretended to know how to install your pool. It's been nothing but incompetence at each and every point. @ preventing others from getting in biz with the crooks is the right thing to do but I’d never try to bait them into getting in trouble. If you could possibly spell it out…? They’re crooks and people should be warned. A legal mess is a legal mess and naming the crooks seems like a totally reasonable thing to do in order to protect other people. It’s hardly interference considering how serious the legal fight so people have the right to know. The cooks have no leg to stand on and could make a video with their POV if they want to defend the indefensible. Hang in there!! You can use foam to raise the unleavened pool. Hydraulic foam is used to lift driveways and walkways and can handle tons of weight.

🙋‍♀That workshop is gorgeous. Nice job guys. Re: the pool, all I can do is shake my head. So, it's not just the sucky liner (I nicknamed pool "the slasher"), it's leaking, washers are missing, it's not level, missing drain holes, & the glue... the GLUE!... ad infinitum👬👨‍❤‍💋‍👨. Y'all have been through SO many mishaps, missteps etc. but the nice thing is You guys come out on top. Y'all work through the literal stages of grief & in the end you have each other & your fur family. (not to mention y'alls folks, relatives, Dumpy & friends) Obviously LOVE will get you through the deepest darkest shit. Tyler, Todd you guys shine & are brilliant. Keep your chins up, this too shall pass ♥👍🤟

If I were in your shoes, I’d be suing that company to completely bankrupt them. Not only for all the damages, but emotional distress and total loss of enjoyment of your property. Your characters are testament to the way you are coping with the terrible time you are having to endure. It’s obvious how frustrated you both are but you remain calm ( on screen at least ) and are supporting each other with love and determination to rectify the works previously done badly. With all the evidence we have all seen no one could make a judgement that the work was done to even the most basic of standards that would have even in some small way produced the pool as was requested by you. Have you guys filed a suit against them as well? If not, you absolutely should. Companies need to be held accountable when they mess up, especially this incredible degree! It's not a matter of you guys being unreasonable in any way for holding them accountable, it's much more of a protection for the rest of the people they are treating this poorly! I just can't get over somebody doing that sloppy work😢 they didn't know what they were doing😢 that was an awful job the liner didn't even look good. I had a pool for years. Oh my goodness - just when you think it cannot get any worse for you both you have a stuck down liner that is floating because of leaking water trapped underneath and mold that is just so dangerous and bad for your health, I thought pink mold only existed in ponds, lakes and seas but oh no Tyler and Todd have it, thank goodness you have video proof of every single step you and you great team are not only finding but also going through to correct everything. When you told us that the pool (nearly called it the pond) is sinking on one side my heart really felt for you, what a shame that screw piles were not used like you have used on so many projects to make sure everything is stable. I know you have probably already done this but please get your video and photos of the chaos you uncovered to your solicitor because the quicker they have the proof of what you are finding the longer they have to include it in your case. It was so hard watching Tyler struggling with everything but thank god for Todd, he is an absolute diamond supporting Tyler and vice versa when Todd struggles with things but I hate seeing it when you guys get so down thank goodness for Eddie, Charlie and Squirrel to give cuddles and love. Can I add that drone footage of all the colours in your trees makes your land look even more beautiful and magical, when I saw the title of this week's video I thought you would both say enoygh is enough and move back to the lake house and start again next year but when you see your land in full fall colours it reminds you of just how special your land is. It is hard to stay strong and positive, you have 250.000 plus of mums, dad's, brothers, sister, aunts, uncles, grandparents and best friends sending you love. I hope last week was better for you both and every week going forward just gets better and better - besides it won't be long before Todd is full Christmas decorating mode, I can't wait 😊 Sending you both much love and hugs xxxx

We are in our 70s. I have bad knees, my husband has heart and kidney problems. The days of skinny dipping are gone. We do have great memories, though. Needless to say, we filled in the pool. My son made a little garden. Nothing like a fresh tomato sandwich! Love you 3-----DUMPY too!
