Off Grid Winter Survival - Can I do it?

Heck yeah! My survival course taught 80% Mental, 10% Experience 10% Equipment. But it was very very basic super easy stuff, not the real deal. You could show us the real deal. with one man construction beating impending snow season. Liked the construction technique of vertical logs with short stack between, for one man save your back construction technique. I cannot use any trees over 8 inch diameter. So sheltet. Wood burning stove. Outhouse. Outdoor covered living room. Tarps ..solar battery rechargeable tools utv choices, dog breeds compsnions, heck yeah! You got me excited. What longitude and elevation?

With the gradient of the land shown in your video, I would go for a partial underground shelter finished off with rocks & logs

Sounds great don’t doubt you can handle it and the adventure would be epic. Just a few questions: what elevation, how far is it to supply store. Will you eat off the land. What type of transportation would you need to travel in high snow. Will you use the mini grizzly for heat.

Thanks for watching Me Me. To answer your questions: 3200ft, 28miles, mixture of wild meat and supplies. Location is only accessible by foot or snowmobile. Not sure on heat right now...mini grizzly is an option. Keep well.

Why not try the cargo trailer in that climate. Think that is more realistic for most “couch grid warriors”. Parallel you could build and test a natural structure. That is always interesting and will probably get more likes 😉 We know you can do it. Whatever you do, it would be nice to see more videos as time permits. Best of luck and hope to see more videos!
