cute little box of a home- but at 210 dollars a foot is a joke, especially.in 3 rd world county-Iam a USA builder if your getting that kind of return, for that wow-it would cost me about 85,000 to build ,plus what ever that lot is worth -so probably under 100 k

Please note we are NOT in the USA, and comparing the USA to Belize is not at all accurate. To build to North American qualities and standards in Belize, you are going to be paying more than in the States. Most things are imported to the country meaning build costs are more, which also includes appliances and furniture. We invite you to come down to Belize and meet with the best builders in the country to understand prices more accurately. I am happy to do some intros if you need some. James,Actually belize is an upper middle class country that's still is being developed. Also that's such bs, I've been asking contractors to build me an add on garage and they quote me at 90k.. A GARAGE. Which should be like 12k. Yeah YOU could build this for x amount but you would charge 200k and up. If this was on a few acres, private and would kindly had an extra 20x30 room for my theater room, Ild would sell everything asap and move there. Don't come on youtube and harass other builders, other countries. I love my belizeian folks! Luna realty, tgis home is simply beautiful! Can't wait to come down! ❤
