I took my bone stock 89 2 door with the 4.3 to frank Raines ohv and it was a little billy goat. Super fun. Then I drove her back to VA. Never missed a beat. Still running strong with 280,000. Stock trans, stock engine.

Js. The blazer line was/is (minus the new blazer RS which in my opinion is a glorified traverse.) one of the MOST capable offroad platforms ever made.
@HUMMUHSMIFF4 жыл бұрын
Straight up! Super light weight and 4x4 can't beat it! And yes the new Blazer is a glorified traverse haha it sucks ESPECIALLY cause the new Bronco is knocking it out of the park

This thing is now tragically sitting in a highschool auto shop awaiting a 5.3 LT out of a 2000 Silverado (it will never get done) I go to the highschool in question and that blazer recently had its v6 ripped from it and the body is now precariously hanging from a lift while porter’s genius try’s to figure out how to stuff a 5.3 in it

Watch another exciting episode of Hummuh testing his new vehicle that he'll be entering in the Baja 1000. Unfortunately 4WD doesn't work, so he might just be the first person to enter the race and have to run it in reverse. He's bound to end up in Ripley's Believe or Not! Save the Wave🙋🏼♂️
@HUMMUHSMIFF4 жыл бұрын
Haha I've always wanted to enter the BAJA 1,000! I wonder if it's ever been done backwards 🤔😂
@petercarey68834 жыл бұрын
Maybe you should do a S10 Blazer build with an additional steering wheel and seat facing rearward along foot, or hand controls to allow you to drive "backwards." Tint the widows so that no one can see you while driving it backwards while weaving in and out of traffic, or jumping sand dunes.🤣 It would be epic!
I had the exact same. If i had known how hard they are to find in stick I'd be getting buried with it

You know that baby and toddlers don’t have the neck muscles to keep their big heads straight when off roading. They should have some neck or extra side padding in their chair to prevent their heads from bouncing around into it. 🧐

Yeah I know how you feel, the 2.8L doesn't have any balls what so ever LoL, I've got a 1984 S10 Blazer, 4X4, with the 2.8L Carb/700R4 Auto in it and I hate it, The ONLY good thing about mine is though is that it has an Original 44,000 miles on it, BUTTTT I am going to be pulling the 2.8L/Auto/Transfer Case out of it and I'm going to be putting in a 4.3L/5 Speed and I'll be reusing the Transfer Case from the 2.8L that way I can keep the Manual Speedo back I want to keep my 1984 Style Dash bc I hate the Newer style Dashes and the Donor Truck I have is a 1993 and that's what it has is the Dash that I don't like, So I'm keeping my 1984 Dash instead, I want to keep as much of my 1984 Stuff in the Swap as I can, So it's going to be a lot of making stuff work together with other stuff to get everything to work, But hopefully I get everything to work out in the end though....

Dude we litterally took him to the dunes one day on a razor ride and did way more intense stuff then this and he fell asleep. His favorite thing to do lately is ride in the CTS V and he gets uncontrollable giggles when I romp on it and let off so it jerks you back. I'm not raising a scared of whiplash kind of kid. Life is going to hit him way harder then a bumpy dirt road. He cried in the video 90% because the sun was in his eyes. He Hates the sun in his eyes and cries almost every time. And as soon as he was crying and uncomfortable we went home because I care about if he's happy or not. I do not neglect my child.
@theexotichomestead19614 жыл бұрын
Sounds good buddy😂 im not gonna argue but I know for a fact his neck and head don't like that. He just gotta deal with what you put him thru. Have a good life man, I hope your kid doesn't have spine problems when he grows up🙏
@claraandhaydenplusone2834 жыл бұрын
Get a better Hobby. I am never neglectful of my child. If he were uncomfortable he would let me know, the most annoying thing for him was the sun sometimes in his eyes and the heat after being out there for a bit. Which we then took him home. 4-wheelers, Razors, they all put him to sleep. He grumps more than this driving on the freeway. His car seat is padded, the blazer absorbs a lot, and the one time it got a little rough you can see I turn around to check on him, tell Hayden to stop, and I stop filming to take care of him. There are plenty of truly awful parents out there for you to criticize, I assure you I'm not one of them. There's a reason he's the sweetest, snuggliest, happiest little boy. Troll elsewhere.
