trophy trucks arent cheap. they still spent half of what teams spend on real trophy trucks to run these races. real ones from real teams cost upwards of $200k - $250k. you can find some for sale afterwards for around $250k - $300k .... motorsports are NEVER cheap.
@moreproblematic4 ай бұрын
Totally normal for purpose built race cars/trucks. This is "budget" for trophy trucks. Even in your budget racing series (Think Spec Miata or Pro3/SpecE30), building a car from the ground up is easily a $25-30k proposition for something not front-running. And it rises super fast. Wanna do Spec E46? Just buying someone's already built car is easily $40k for a decent one and it can be $60k+. That doesn't factor the cost to build it yourself were you to do so

Nice to see Aaron again. The first season of Hi-Low is the best thing Donut has done. Aaron basically carrying Low team by making all the garbage parts fit (and work better than they had any right to) was some of Donut's best content. Really evened the playing field with Zach on High team. S1 of High-Low really had a "We chose the best option" vibe for High car and that was enjoyable, and that slowly turned into "How can we possibly spend more money on this thing" by the end of the 350Z series. I would love to see another season but really think both ends of the spectrum should be realistic choices. I think a lot more people could relate.
