I think this new little rig will go wonders with some good tyres. It’s nice and light and will go anywhere with some grip and momentum. You pair are defo one of the most entertaining couples on YT. Thanks again for sharing.

I love the vehicle. With proper tires and a winch you could handle many different off road challenges.

This is more interesting than watching a Jeep video.. I'd like to see how this little guy handles different types of terrain.

Mud bogging is fun but I would have stayed on the road side where the packed down gravel and no muck. The steaks looked delicious, nice on a charcoal bbq and even taste even better when eaten with a spoon!🎣🎣 get fishing!

Haha yes! Somehow the Destination Kitchen didn't make it into the bag lol. Thanks for watching 😊

Yes, "smokey" fires help with bug situations but if you're not in the smoke, you may still get some bugs. Clean burning fires won't do much to repell bugs. For upgrades I'd definitely say a winch, possibly a small suspension lift, a good quality jack and most definitely new All Terrain tires. I've gotten into spots like that with my full size truck. I keep saying I want to put a winch on it. But what has gotten me out in the past was similar to what you guys did but I used my jack on a peace of wood to lift the tire that was buried in mud enough to slide a tree branch under it. Then the truck was no longer hung up and was able to back out. But if and when you get really stuck, you may have to do that technique numerous times. Its important not to dig too deep of a hole spinning. Its never any fun, specially during bug season getting unstuck but I hate having to call for help. I do carry my Garmin Inreach with me just in case and had to use it once cause I was more than stuck. I tried my technique and almost worked until the whole side of the road slid and took my truck with it into a deep ditch. Got a hold of my brother-in-law and he came with his truck. I also carry tow straps and chains with me so hooked those to his truck, put both trucks into 4 low and we walked it back up on the road. I told him; just keep pulling cause its a deep ditch and it'll probably slide along the edge a bunch before coming up but if you see the truck roll over than stop pulling. LOL! All was good and he bragged for months how his truck was better and how he had to save my truck. LOL!

🤣 Hopefully we don't end up in any ditches LOL. We definitely need to invest I to some more recovery items. The All Terrain tires are on order. 😁. We have a jack-all but definitely want a winch as well. We also have recovery straps that we need to keep with us. Along with our air pump and tire kit. Thanks for watching 😊

A fire has always helped me with the bugs. Small and smokey. Great video guys can't wait to see what you guys do with the new rig. Cheers !

If you ever want to utilize the buddy system for such adventures, shoot me a message guys. I think some chunkier tires will make a world of difference. I am a firm believer in using a fire to get rid of bugs. Mainly it’s the smoke, but the heat aids as well. Fires also cause cool and warm air currents which they don’t like either. Burn cedar if you can, mosquitoes hate cedar. Cheers!

Would be fun to do some 4x4ing with you once we get our new tires. Hoping they are in this week. Thanks for watching 😊

Well, you had me taking a deep breath... you didn't hear me yelling from here, don't go through there, you weren't listening? ....lol, but I'm glad you got out. Jen, you look fabulous as always, even when off-roading ❤. Yes, I'm with Jen on the smoke issue. I believe that smoke will keep bugs away, but more smoke than you guys had going. How's Rob's face? Those mosquitoes were having their own picnic... lol. Thanks for sharing. I'm looking forward to your next adventure

You need a winch, portable would be nice. Thermacell for bugs? Does that rig have hi/lo 4x4?
@pursuitforadventure5 ай бұрын
The termacell works wonderfully for mosquitoes! Yep, the rig has lhi/low 4x4. Works really well. Thanks for watching 😊

What's it like driving RHD around town?

It's really easy to get used to. The hardest to remember is that the blinker is on your right side. The wipers often get turned on instead of the blinker lol.
