I recently picked up unicycle. On unicycle, it requires continuous forward movement of upper body to match the paddling.

Haven’t tried a unicycle yet but I do a good enough job of falling off my two wheeled bike. I imagine they’d be great for balance training and some core work though!

@@BrandonBock I think it helps when I only skied twice since early April and with 4 weeks in between.
