Crazy! We had an English teacher in high school that was such a huge alcoholic that he’d literally be drunk and slurring in class while teaching! He always went for a long walk during the lunch hour, we finally saw him one day, and he would walk around like 4-5 blocks around the school while drinking out of a small bottle of alcohol in the breast pocket of his jacket then come back sloshed for afternoon classes! This was like everyday. One day during my senior year he just disappeared and nobody ever told us wtf ever happened to him! Other teachers just would say he retired, but like during the second semester? Made no sense. It was shady as shit, I hope he got help, but I think he probably died from it because it was so sudden?! Idk fuckin crazy though. ✌🏽
