Manila mostly looks like normal life except for the masks and faceshields (a lot of people dont wear them). Stores, restaurants, malls, etc are all packed again. The only time there were empty streets was March - May 2020

I’m not sure if there were any Emeros that were actually of Japanese decent in that respected organization. I always assumed it was them portraying a Asian who in real life was actually a Pare. Pares have a deep history in both the North and South Organizations. A validated Emero leader at the time, Acha Ison was a Pare from SF who was later killed in the Tenderloin District.
