19:15 Them not being trans doesn't mean they're not "real" women. Gender and sex are different concepts and how you identify is not directly correlated to your physical body. Most people are either taught or assume sex = gender because theirs conveniently match. The discourse around straight trans/cis couples is based entirely on gender but tbh I don't know the full discourse on that or the semantics of intimacy pre/post-op surgery. My understanding is if that person is only attracted to women, regardless of cis or trans, they could identify as a straight male because they're basing it on gender. I think straight means liking the opposite gender regardless of their identity or what they have packing in those cases. I mean it sounds a bit queer at the very least lol imo.
