Illegal immigrants also make it unfair to all the people who wait for years, and even decades to get petitioned and get proper paperwork, while some people settle illegally and still get compensation. It also makes the process harder for those who want to enter legally, since governments will scrutinize even further the people from the home countries of the illegal immigrants, Filipinos included. The answer to their question on how illegal immigrants pay taxes.. Most small business owners dont want to pay under the table because illegitimately paid wages become their own earning, thus its related taxes become the owner's responsibility to pay. Nowadays, an illegal immigrant can buy a fake social security number for few hundred dollars to be able to employed easily. Of course, the business owners know this but choose to ignore because of the labor shortage. (It is on the owner to check the legitimacy of the SSN through a gov website, but not many do) The taxes is withdrawn from the paycheck automatically through the payroll process.

Low wage illegal immigrants do work that allow for our small businesses to survive, children of immigrants work hard and typically are the best citizens as they are trying to support and prove themselves. High education immigration also stimulates a different sector of the nation. To stay on top as the most powerful nation requires a population that spends money and generates money. While most people are arguing about the unfairness of getting some stuff for perceived free-ness, nothing in this world is free. Everyone has their own battles . The government simply needs to figure out a way to integrate illegal immigrants change the current immigration system. I hope yall do a follow-up to this issue or an article on those illegals jumping the NYPD & getting released right after without bail & then flipping off cameras as they were getting released.

I waited all the way to the end of the video and to me I’m not for just letting ppl in but have to think how is it affecting me personally because most of these ppl just come in for a better life and 98% of the cases you don’t see an illegal mexican and ask them where do you live? And they turn around and say “well rait heere siir” and it’s a big mansion lol Also for me instead of fighting to kick them out and shitting on them I would rather for ppl to fight to make it easier and cheaper, you know my fathers legal process took about 8-10 yrs and most of the time I didn’t have him around me when he finally was able to come, he passed away a year later so in a way the US kept him from me and for me if they make an avenue where ppl are willing to go thru the legal way by making it affordable and less time I really do think ppl would refrain from going about the illegal way you know swimming a river with hard currents(literally saw an old man drown in the rio grande river trying to cross) p, going to thru the dessert and you know 👀 tunnels etc. etc. so yea I disagree with some of the things you said but I respect y’all
@DaMexAlex40810 ай бұрын
I think the system is the issue, maybe if the process to apply for the work Visa was better and properly managed. Same with DMV and how our government agencies have failed all of us. If you make it easier to cross illegally then to go through the government this will never end.

It cracks me up when they talk about h vac 😂😂😂😂😂 most h vac workers are making like 30/hr which is pretty decent but nowhere near the 200k they claim, maybe the owner or manager but the not the guy driving out every morning

Every immigrant let in is another vote for the administration letting them in, it's that simple. Every deportation is a lost vote. Talk about election interference..!
@bethnichols287511 ай бұрын
They would have to be documented to vote though. If they aren't considered US citizens or are "known" in the system, they wouldn't be able to legally vote. And the Green Card process is extensive.

I think most of the illegal immigrants take jobs most people with citizenship wouldn't wanna take on, which could be a positive side of this. Even if taxes are not filed, people still pay taxes on every purchase made.
@joanneyuen769410 ай бұрын
I like Joe's take and I have always believed we need immigrants. First the process is too slow thats why people are desperate and just running across. Fix the process so you can control the influx. The immigration camps will also make jobs for the US. But perhaps there is something more that we are not being told.
@juanalcocer110411 ай бұрын
If they go the legal route it can be 1 to 20 year wait its all up to luck so people choose to cross illegally also its cheeper to pay for a coyote then pay the government that might still deny them access

Hi guys great topic! I saw a bit of news were illegal immigrants are getting about $3000 and a cell phone per person. I don't know much about much about Veteran care I just know they get treated poorly. Does any one know if Veterans receive assistance like the illegals do? Side note, in my opinion I don't think bad/illegal behavior should be rewarded with hotel lodging, tax payer funds, and a cell plan. Not saying not to help those in need but there needs to be a more effective way to manage the border and stop missing using tax payer dollars. I know its complex with multiple parties involved. May God bless you and your families!😁♥

Joe is right that countries always need a grunt class it’s been that way forever. The US itself was a slave economy for the longest time. In Europe you had slavery too and if not that you had serfdoms etc. The securing of cheap labor is indeed a hidden priority. Now that serfdom and slavery is illegal they need a substitute. A self renewing resource of people that’ll work for cheap
@boneore347811 ай бұрын
Theres plenty of teenagers that should doing grunt work. So many young people have no work experience.

@@boneore3478 Should and be willing to, are two different things though. It seems a lot are more interested in stealing vs doing an actual job.
@JonathanAlexanderM11 ай бұрын
@@boneore3478 if no one does it they’ll find someone who will. There’s always someone who will. It’s fucked up but that’s the reality, to bring in some of barts points the fruit pickers in wild as sun, teens won’t wanna do that but a hard working or desperate person from the global south will jump at the opportunity to do just that
