25:36 "what matters is your negotiation with this individual." That really hit home with me. When I was younger I would give people the benefit of the doubt, negotiating a worse term for myself because I believed that the other person would step up and make the situation fair for both of us because that's how I inherently operate. I learned the hard way that you have to negotiate for your best terms with everyone no matter how nice or fair or charitable they may seem. I kept giving my roommate a more than fair deal with our living situation in hopes that once he got his financials in check he would reciprocate and push to make the terms fair once he was able to pay for rent and stuff more easily.....boy was I wrong.

Yeah, esp. at Ryan's question about the prior drama and Joe not feeling the need to feed into the drama, which I can understand. Joe is a kind, good hearted person, who likes having a good time with his friends. He's not gonna go out of his way to bash on other people and feed into the drama. He is going to rise above it and know that his real friends and fans will know the real him without him having to explain anything.
