For me, it's when there's a two way door that opens two sides so people can enter on the right, and exit their right from the inside. 4:40 Ok I need to disagree with Bart here. From what I've seen and from friends that work the drive-thru, they are multi-tasking while taking your order. So answering their questions one by one is the best way to make sure you get the order correctly, rather than Bart rattling off specific items, that might be a little harder to memorize, especially when your'e busy.
