I can feel the sadness in the voices of your friends and family. I remembered when we were leaving Guyana in the 70s for America. We were leaving our childhood friends and family into a world we knew nothing of. But like all parents they wanted better for their children. Children are the future and as parents it is our responsibility to give them a good education so they can survive in this changing world. God bless and keep you all well. Success brought a privileged life but I would hazard a guess you may never beat what you have now along the journey you are now starting. Somehow you will need both lives so hold on to the Guyanese spirit as the years pass. It may be tricky sometimes 🎉

Hana. I wish you and your family all the best.But I must tell you, it's a HUGE mistake you're making. Education. I live in Canada, went to school in Guyana, and finished university in the early 80's. Guyanese are dominating in businesses ,Law,Real estate,Healthcare, Manager. Etc.All with the same Education. Health. You prove what a pristine and natural and natural environment Guyana is. Social impact. You made a significant difference in Guyana. Leadership. Your style of communication and hard work could make you the president or Prime Minister of Guyana.Many young kids looked up to you and are very disappointed. Better be a big fish in a small pond than a small fish in the ocean. BECAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR. Finally. You have all the wealth already but not realizing it. Guyana is on the cusp of being one of the richest countries in South America and Carrlibbean. So much opportunity.
