Oh my! Shorts, running top, sun light and green grass. We are training in ice, snow, wind and cold. We will be running a 1/2 marathon on the 15th and they promised to plow the snow on the summit of the race course. Not bad going up, but that decent will be interesting. The season has started.

I'm training for the Tampa Bay 100 in November. It'll be my first 100 so I'm binge watching all the 100 mile Ultra videos I can get on KZbin so I can get prepared. I've been training for about a month already. It's still early but I'm going to use all the time I can get so I can be strong and ready!

The Saucony Ride 15 TR has been a surprisingly perfect trail shoe. Lots of good choices for trail shoes out there right now. Happy Training

Nice race choices. I’m going back to Cruel Jewel 50 in May after having to DNF last year. Then doing my first 100 miler at the Pinhoti 100 in November. Just focusing on not getting injured this summer while still training hard.

training for Chupacabra 53K in rural north Texas.., might have to step back on the distance though. And go for the 50K, at War Eagle in NW Arkansas in June. Work schedules get us all.., plus I am a coach as well, coaching gridiron, so from august to December.., running is a “when I can”, on the priority list. get after it..have some fun, and stay healthy
