Having watched pretty much everything Gervais has done recently, interviews, radio, podcasts etc, it was fantastic and a huge relief to see you get some new, funny, natural things out of him. Gervais has an 'interview mode' where he says the same sort of things answering the same questions, but you were able to change that up. I think that is partly due to your obvious rapport with him. Interviewers always ask him the same sort of questions and so we always get the same 'open wound', 'subject not the target of a joke', 'might be anti the bad thing' in every interview. And whilst he did spend about 10 mins talking about those things that he has tired out now, you got loads of funny things out of him including a few new anecdotes, and you added a few funny things yourself. Really impressed, Jack, keep it up. Edit: Special mention to Nozzer who also had a couple of funny lines. You certainly aren't redundant, as one commenter said, ha ha.
@jaack7 жыл бұрын
Yeah, Nozzer has always been good at little comments that often go unnoticed. I think he's far more integral that some realise. But I'm glad most do. Also, cheers for your positive feedback.

“How people pander to people have changed...” this one of the most poignant things he said for me, it’s what I’m always thinking these days, it’s exactly like he said, writing a letter by hand and sending it by post actually took some effort, so you really did have to care enough to be mad more than 30 seconds to “make a complaint”... people “tweeting” really means nothing, and should mean next to nothing in the real world.

Ricky is a comedy genius, this is the first time i watch him in an intrerview and my respect for him as a comedian went skyrocket! He should be great as a teacher in drama/comedy, what a natural talent he is in this subject!
