Management of chronic pain before and after surgery for an unrelated condition caused real continuing pain - NOT handled by the medical personnel. Looking forward to learning what could have been done.

Outstanding presentation- it my be over the head of people with the lingo for layman but with said there’s a lot of valuable information for us layman we can take away and put before our own doctors I have found that my PCP is more responsive on a lot of these treatments and theories than my own rheumatologist which is great to at least have a second even a third if you have a pain management doctor. The Bateman Horne Docs and affiliated Docs aren’t afraid of trying new things with Off Label but in a conservative and protective way that my not tried and proven by the FDA yet since they have to take so long with all their channels- but Bateman is willing to take information that Europe and other countries feel they have proven and apply it here to critique with their research and knowledge which is refreshing Because those of us with ME/CFS/FM AND CHRONIC PAIN have tried almost all the conventional ways and are willing to try some Fresh and Innovative ones by people who care and are sympathetic to us - Thanks Docs for your time and knowledge stay safe and healthy we need you on our side

Fascinating! Thanks for making this provider presentation widely available. As a patient, I found many things to discuss with my doctor.

This is an amazing video! Every single thing that you mentioned, is happening to my 36 year-old son right now, but I don’t think he’s communicated to his doctors the extent of his pain. I think he also may have Ehlers Danlos, but he’s never been tested. He sits like a vulture and picks at his skin because he’s in pain. He has had mold toxicity and lyme co-infections for over two years, and last December, he got Covid for the 3rd time and slipped into this pattern of an excruciating headache, then body pain all over (especially leg pain), insomnia (and his eyes reflect lack of good sleep), bed bound for long periods of time, horrible stomach issues and IBS, and the list goes on. I’m just now trying a low histamine diet, but he doesn’t stick to it, and then feels awful the next day. It’s hard to get the food because I have a broken arm and can’t drive. He’s being treated for mold in his system first, then lyme, but no one is addressing the possibility of mast cells and long covid to this extent. I’m scared he will take his life, as he’s tried to go in the past. I did get him an appointment to see my pain doctor because of his cervical ruptured discs. I hope someone will see this video and understand what is happening to him. Thank you for your explanations! Is there anywhere in Michigan that treats this? He needs to be in a hospital of sone kind, but we’ve taken him to 5, and they have no answers other than it’s anxiety and go home and relax! 🙏🙏🙏💕💕💫💫💫

There is no transcript. Unfortunately, some of us don't process auditory information and need something written. Is it available? The automatic Google transcript seems to have been disabled. I depend on those to follow along.

WHERE does someone go to be diagnosed? His doctor doesn’t believe n this. He’s either dying, or he will kill himself, because he’s in so much pain that’s lasted a year!

Stress, sadness, and loneliness do not cause or exacerbate real physical pain. Stop spreading lies, please. Of course chronic pain leads to more isolation and that can make someone feel stressed and sad but emotions aren't causing the pain. The reason the chronically ill end up with those emotions is because many humans love to kick others when they're down.
