We were in South Australia from about the 20th of July to end August somewhere, I don't think we struck a day without wind, we kind of went down and up the Eyre and down and up the Yorke peninsulas.

I think it’s pretty common down this way. I’ve been down here a fair bit and cannot remember too many times when there hasn’t been a decent amount of wind around. We still love it but!

@@RoamingCoastlines Id seems that way, no point in worrying about it, just gotta roll with the punches. People told me that I would hate Tasmania because of the wind, in 6 visits have not found it to be as windy as South Oz. What I should have said was not as consistently windy on a daily basis, the winds on the West Coast are unreal and fierce but don't seem to occur every day.

@@vagabond_monologues awesome! Cannot wait to get over there next year. Probably the one we are looking forward too the most

@@RoamingCoastlines I would never recommend anything to anybody because we are all different, but our favourite go to happy place, probably go back for a 7th time next year. I would love to move to somewhere like Granville Harbour or Trial Harbour or other minor outposts but can't quite convince wife to come with me. For us, what a place, what a place.

Great stuff mate, would of liked to see some underwater footage though. What do you use for your cinematic shots?
@RoamingCoastlines4 ай бұрын
Thanks mate! Appreciate it! Will definitely try grab some underwater stuff in the future. Footage is shot with either a GoPro, iPhone, Sony a7iv or Fuji x100vi
