Trae is stronger, faster, and more athletic than 99% of WNBA players. Trae can play through the contact on offense and defense but most women can’t play through the contact of an NBA player. The taller WNBA players aren’t as athletic or stronger than shorter NBA players. Trae would be able to get rebounds, block shots, box out taller WNBA players.

Breanna Stewart is a great WNBA player--arguable the best female player ever, but she would have trouble making almost any decent boys high school team--the athleticism and skill level is just miles apart. There is some kind of growing delusion about female athletes compared to male athletes.

All of the recent talk of woman athletes competing with their male counterparts is absurd. The worst NBA player beats the best WNBA player nine times out of ten, easy. This doesn't detract from the accomplishments of woman athletes in any way. The simple biological fact is that men, by and large, are larger, stronger and faster animals than woman. Are there some women who could beat the hell out of some men in various sports? Of course; I don't stand a chance against a LOT of women in their respective sport. However, if we're comparing pro athlete to pro athlete, women don't stand a chance. Any talk otherwise is just ridiculous.
