Refs don’t wanna be called out for their BS like that. Switch it up and communicate with them by telling them what to look for without the abrasiveness.

@@williemckinneyjr1384 Ant wasn't like that during his first couple years in the league. I think he learned those bad habits from KAT. Towns is always whining and complaining to the refs about fouls. It drives me absolutely bonkers. I believe KAT's poor behavior towards the officials, kinda rubbed off on Ant. That's a major criticism I have with Coach Finch also. He allowed Towns to set bad examples for the younger players. Finch should've addressed Towns behavior towards the refs a long time ago.

The best thing about this young man is his personality and attitude. He's always positive, joking around and has a smile on his face. Never takes a game off due to BS injuries like seems to be the case for all other NBA players these days. Has that competitive desire to play and win. So if you pay a shitload on tickets, odds are you see him play.

As an Atlanta native, warms my heart seeing his success. The state of Georgia produces many great American football players but not as many great hoopers. In the NBA currently, we have 2 great players in Edwards and Jalen Brown of the Boston Celtics. He indeed played for UGA as Aiden mentioned.

He set the record for most points scored in a quarter in NBA history, and he didn’t miss a single shot the whole 3rd quarter. It’s the most impressive scoring performance in NBA history. 22 years old, 6'4" 230lbs, 42" vertical, high bball IQ for his age. The most common comparison I hear people talking about is that he's a bigger, more athletic modern day Dwayne Wade. I don't think there are any perfect comparisons for Ant...he's a complete package and plays much bigger than 6'4". I see can see similarities to Steve Francis and Vince Carter.

@@Mektek19 We all know nba players listed heights are not their actual heights. Very common thing. Dwade was listed 6'4" 220. He's actually 6'3"...he even commented on the fact a few years ago. He wasn't definitely not "all muscle" lmao dude was had like 20% body fat in his prime. Ant is a true 6'4" (with speculations that he has grown since the combine) and currently weighs 230lbs with considerable less body fat than Dwade had. Dwade probably had a quicker first step yeah...but faster (baseline to baseline)...i doubt it.

Edwards will be the face of the NBA in a year or two, if he isn't already. Every play is a potential highlight. He's got the total package, good size, good shooting, handles the ball well, great hops, loves to play basketball, hates to lose. He likely won't be Michael Jordan 2.0, but he almost certainly can be Michael Jordan lite.
