Family Feud usually airs reruns during the day here in the Midwest between 11AM-1PM and you get a newer/new episode everyday at around 5:30/6pm. This show, any of the daytime Court shows (Judge Judy), and a game show called The Price is Right is a must have for a stay at home sick day. Also remember this isn't on cable tv so everyone gets to watch it, it's actually pretty tame comparatively to what you can find in the later hours.

Charles Barkley lives in Arizona and before covid he would always be out in public and was cool with everybody that recognized him. I've met him twice now lol but the best one was when he was going into one of the casinos here with a huge grin on his face so I just yelled, "It's gametime, Chuck!" and he looked at me and said "hell yeah!" and went on his way. Cool guy.

My son met him at a golf tournament at Lake Tahoe. After he played his hole, he came over and signed some things for him. He said he was very friendly and talked with him and his friends for a couple of minutes.

D Richard Dawson was English he just adapted more of an American accent as he got older. When he was on Hogans Heroes you could definitely tell he was English his British accent was very strong.

Steve Harvey actually OWNS all rights to the game show worldwide. He took Ellen DeGeneres advice and started having Multiple streams of income so he did some projects including Original host of NBC'S show "Little Big Shots" as a spin off from "Ellen" who had a great team finding young kids with Amazing talents. When the production company was not going to renew his contract, he bought out the Entire Franchise so he gets a cut from every Country that airs regardless of language. You might have noticed his new set is more modernized and lightes brighter including the background are more vibrant and rich texture. I don't know if he still films in Georgia, but I think he already had a production company from his comedy tour with Bernie Mack and Cedric the Entertainer. The newer sets are digital and easy to move when Covid19 was in various lockdown and they needed the space to separate and had a second row. Many of the scenes are Celebrity Episodes and Steve is comfortable around friends.

As an 80s Child, I just Remember Richard Dawson from the Arnold Schwarzenegger 1987 Blockbuster " The Running Man" about a Dystopian Futuristic 2017 United States that scared me as a Child, but I also loved the film. I NEVER WOULD have guessed he was from the United Kingdom and not the States. It is fascinating how some United Kingdom borns and United States can mimic/sound like each other so well in terms of Dipthongs accurately. The Atlantic cannot Seperate Two Peoples a Common Tongue so much it seems. Damon Killian:" Who loves you?" Audience: Killian! "KILLIAN: and who do you love?" Audience: " Killian!!!" KILLIAN " Yes!!!". My American 80s Childhood. That's how I remembered Dawson. Only in around 2009 or 2010 " Family Guy" did a bit about him kissing everyone. I never watched Family Feud, Even until today nor Steve Harvey as the Host. I had heard stories about a Host of the Show committing suicide . So I never really watched " Family Feud" growing up.

Richard Dawson came to fame on the show "Hogan's Heroes" here in the US before becoming a regular (some would say THE regular) on the game show Match Game. He abruptly left the show after some changes were made to increase the chances that the other celeb panelists would be picked for the "Super Match" bonus game on the show. The original concept of Family Feud spun out of the concept of that "Super Match" bonus game, asking regular people for a response to a fill-in-the-blank prompt. Dawson played hardball with the network to get an audition to host the show, and ended up getting the job.

Dawson was one of the original hosts, but tended to get a bit handsy and umm.... friendly with the contestants, especially the women. It was OK for its time, the 1970s and all, but many people seeing it now would deem him a creep or predator. The guy that followed him after the show was revived lasted several years, and tried his best. His name was Ray Combs. On his last day though, he had a "Don't care anymore" attitude during the taping and supposedly did the show kind of loaded up with booze and drugs. He committed suicide a few years later. He was followed by the return of Richard Dawson, which lasted really briefly because Dawson's antics that were allowed decades earlier got him in trouble this time. The next host after it was revived again was comedian Louie Anderson, and his thing was too wholesome for a lot of people and lasted only a few seasons. It seems Louie might have been an overcorrection and overreaction to what Dawson did earlier. He was then followed by Richard Karn, who was on the TV show ""Home Improvement" as Al, Tim Allen's partner that really knew everything. Then John O'Hurley hosted for a few years, and then Steve Harvey who has hosted since, and Steve also does Celebrity FF.
