If im not wrong, the rioters actually told/warn them that their gonna set the ambulance on fire or something which later on the ambulance actually exploded because of the oxygen tank that was inside. If you qctually look closely, the 3 workers actually were showing hand gestures to tell the paramedics to leave the ambulance
