In commemoration of the 60th anniversary from the initial broadcasting of the 1st series (1963), we present four episodes (ENG dubbed). THE BIRTH OF ASTROBOY that consisted of the 1st and 2nd episodes of the original Japanese version was aired as the 1st episode then.
Year 2030 in Tokyo. Dr. Boynton loses his beloved son Toby in a traffic accident. Out of grief, he tries to make a super robot with a heart, which looks just like his son.
