The clips at the end of your first house got me so emotional! I'm a super sentimental and empathetic person and when it comes to objects and things like a house I too get very emotional and it would be so hard to deal with the change and saying goodbye to the walls that held so many memories!

Girl.. When David and I moved we have weird Cricut quotes up on some of our walls too!! Too funny! We had to peel them down before painting also haha! Also, someone once told me that moving is one of the most taxing things ever, emotionally, physically, logistically, all of it -- and I believe that 100%!! Enjoy some rest in your new home and don't feel the need to get everything done at once! It is definitely a process! ♥

This made me so emotional. We bought our first home almost 10 years ago. We lived in it for 4.5 years and now have been in our forever home for 5 years. It was such a bitter sweet moment for us but we knew that life we lived in that home was such a small chapter in compared to where we are now. However I still look back at old videos. I can imagine the feels it gave you as you edited this video.

Congratulations!! Your new home is beautiful and I LOVE your dining room table. It’s so beautiful!! Moving can be quit the process. When we moved into our house we had a 4 yr old and I was 9 months pregnant, 2 weeks after we moved in our daughter was born so it was perfect timing since we lived with my parents in a 3 bedroom townhome lol. Which was absolutely difficult because I couldn’t do anything!! My mom set up my kitchen and 16 years later I’m still finding things I didn’t know we had lol. I’m so excited for all of the new memories your going to be making in your new home. Thank you for sharing it with us. ❤

Hi Emma! I had a question about how you get hired as a teacher? I am wanting to be a first grade teacher once I graduate, but I’m not sure how you get hired. Do you have to find teaching jobs online, or do you have to email the principal of that certain school that you’re wanting to work at, or what? Thanks in advance if you reply!
