This is definitely the best screen protector .I've tried a few but always had an issue with them not feeling smooth but sticky and leave fingerprints the official screen protector is nice and smooth as the preinstalled screen protector was and fingerprint sensor is just as responsive unlike the whitestone dome.Im just hoping that this one doesn't end up peeling itself off as the preinstalled one did.

no, it's horrible! this protector DOES NOT go around the cameras, like the on from the factory. and the ones that do are chinese after market ones and can't be trusted.

Ma tin cam aproape un an pe telefon. rezista si la amprente. Singura problema e ca au un usor aspect de coaja de portocala dar cand ecranul e pornit nu e deloc vizibil.

How does the screen protector differ to the one that comes pre-installed on the phone?

The one that comes with the phone sucks so badly. It scratched easily and interfered with the screen because it looked like a smudge was there. So I had to take off the pre installed screen protector. It was junk. Cant expect it to be good since it was free.

@@Nyle95 it's not case friendly, scratches easily and the adhesive is awful, couldn't stay on without peeling. You're better off with liquid glass on your phone because it's more convenient, case friendly and doesn't create an air gap between phone and glass. Do not waste your time with glass or plastic with a curved screen, go with the liquid glass protector and a good case

@@Sarahonwheels Thanks, I'd already ordered one and have one on my phone now. It's okay but not great. I'll use this one and the other one that came in the pack. Liquid glass looks good or I may get the Whitestone Dome Glass as that one does seem like a good glass protector, albeit expensive.

The pre-installed one was awesome as I did not find myself cleaning the fingerprints very often. Just removed the old pre-installed one and put this one on my screen. Smoothness and feel is the same so far.

We're not sure if it's the same one but this is a Samsung product so we can only assume it was intended to replace the pre-installed protector that come on the phone like for like 👍

@@supakuma8200 go with liquid glass protector on your phone screen. Best 50 dollars i spent. Plastic or a tempered glass protector won't play nice with the curved screen. I had an s7 edge that had a plastic screen protector and an otterbox glass protector, and they were both very crappy. I bought this screen protector and it didn't even work with my case and it scratched too easily. Was going to put the second one in the box professionally installed because I wanted my phone to be protected from beach sand. Guy looked at that screen protector like it was dog shit and sold me on puregear liquid glass . Feels like nothing's there and I dropped it twice. I have a uag case and no issues so i would 100% look into it because finding a replacement screen protector for a curved screen is difficult

if you checked this video before purchasing the 'original samsung screen protector' do yourself a favor and buy something else. There are always some bubbles on the botom side of the device and even tho it brings 2 protectors in the same box it makes no diference.just investigate and buy something else,this is not woth it. ZAGG makes some magnificent screen protectors.

I would also look into liquid glass, especially if you have a curved screen. Because in my experience, between real tempered glass or plastic ones, they are *not* case friendly, unless you want to put a thin piece of plastic case on it, which is not useful if you're a dropper. This screen protector didn't want to work with my case. The one that came with my phone did though. It's a shame that Samsung can't make one that was like the one pre installed. Now I got liquid glass and it works well for me and I don't have to worry about replacing glass protector every time it cracks, touch sensitivity and case compatibility

I will definitely remove the case and apply a skin on the back of the phone. There is no case that keeps the looks (S 10) Next question would be how much does this liquid glass protection works if say I drop the phone? Like does it have some shatter protection or is it just scratch protection? I have tried different protectors by now and I can't believe there isn't a proper one out there. I guess Samsung just doesn't have the interest to produce a quality one, since I do believe the technology is out there. Maybe a few more models ahead...
