While Boom isn't interesting, it allows reverse fool to actually spawn a ton of Item pedestals that you could reroll. LIke if you find Pyro in a secret room (99 bombs), use a bomb and then reverse fool you will spawn 9 Boom!'s which you could reroll into secret pool items! So thanks Boom! for making that possible

Unofficial TBOI Trinket guide. No. 012 Flat Worm "Blub blub!" Effect: Tears are 50% wider and have increased knockback …Ok? Increased tear size is inconsequential most of the time, but increased knockback? That completely depends on what items you have. If you have a low to standard tear, it’s nice upgrade to keep the enemies away form you. If you have high tear rate like soy milk, knockback is horrible. It just knocks the enemies all over the place making it harder to aim. So in short, decent and bad tear rate people should pick this up this trinket until something better comes along. Good tear rate should avoid this trinket.

boom isnt very interesting but i think its generally underrated - its not great but especially early on getting an excess of bombs can be incredible for bosses and making more out of floors

Yeah, for like a floor. Golden bombs are temporary. BOOM! is for life (at least until you use those ten bombs)

It's real use is when you use the reverse fool and your bombs turns into this item for you to reroll Aside from that it should be quality -1
