I understand the movies left out some pretty important things from the books, and a reboot is a way to re do it, but that's precisely the problem, it doesn't need to be re done, not anytime soon at least. Harry Potter is still very relevant in pop culture, a reboot only makes sense when the IP is not popular at all anymore and is dormant, hence the point of a reboot would be to spark interest back up, but so far this reboot has been met with so much criticism, not only for the impossible recasting but it's too soon after the last movie, 13 years is too quick to reboot a franchise as big as Harry Potter! WB are much better off doing a series in the existing version, make a Marauders or Hogwarts founders series, would be a much better decision that re doing the same story for the 3rd time!!
