it can, absolutely, it's just a matter of how. There's a python library on github called python-laurel made just for controlling c by ge bulbs. if you set up something to host the python library and have it triggered via http, it'd be easy to use flic to control them. You could use a raspberry pi or similar if you want a low-power always-on device to host the python script and http server. If you don't want to go that nuts and want something to just work, I believe the Wink hub supports C by GE right out of the box (double-check me on that though,) and Flic supports triggering a Wink action. So, connect the bulbs to Wink, trigger Wink from Flic. Done. There's a few ways to skin this cat, but it's do-able.

Hi Zsombor, In the Flic app tap on the Flic which is in Universal mode and it will prompt you to press and hold your Flic button and it will reconnect it back to the app.
