Pls help me I've been doing calisthenics for a year now started with just 5 push ups(normal style), now I can do 4 pull ups, 18 diamond push ups, 8 dips I've been doing Around The World routine(from Barstarzz DVD) I weight 260pounds(120KG) height 6ft6in(200cm). Should I continue what I'm doing or try something different.

The best advice u can get is , try losing more weight atleast 60 pounds then all workouts will feel alot easier ,you will not get tired so quickly and you will be able to workout for longer.Change ur diet eat less , take in ur body less calories and carbs and try to sweat more and keep exercising as often as u r able too. Push yourself.

Help me please I have been doing calisthenics for almost a year now and then this past week all of a sudden I can't even do 10 pull-ups without a throbbing pain in my head. I'm not sure if it's dehydration or just my muscles are tightening up. If anyone can suggest a solution it would be much appreciated.

He's Christian Heria man, a Barstarzz member from Miami (If I remember correctly). He does a lot of cool tricks, and focuses on core strength a lot (flawless front and back lever). You don't need his routine bro, just focus on the basics, you'll get there eventually!

Raizo 101 Thanks man, I've been doing bar work because I do Martial Arts & need to improve my grip strength, fore-arms etc for my particular style. I figured the best way was either rock climbing or bars. XD I've been following Hannibal's routine so far. Was just curious is all because dayumn he looks good! Mmmm! Rockin' them tatts~ A pretty guy that's actually intimidating as fuck. Something I've been trying to obtain my whole life. Lucky bastard!

Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez No problem. I combine Street Workout and Martial Arts too bro, they really complement each other well. And yeah Christian has a great body and strength! Keep following the Hannibal routine (which is awesome), and you'll get there eventually bro! Never give up!

Always glad to hear that someone else shares the same opinion & that you're finding it works! =D I'm still only on his Part 1 Routine but I've been wondering for awhile, on a daily basis how many sets you should be aiming for? It's never really mentioned, y'know?

Yeah man it's nice! Oh and I think you should aim for maximum sets within your workout time. Let's say you want to workout for 1h, then do your best to complete maximum sets in that hour (with perfect form of course!). Also, remember to add at least one repetition every few days on exercises to push harder!
