Hey I’ve got some really great news to share with you, Jesus Christ, the Son of God, died on a cross and resurrected on the third day so you may all have eternal life. If you believe and repent of your sins and put your faith and trust in Him as you would a parachute jumping off a plane at 25000 feet up in the air, He will give you eternal life in heaven as a free gift and I promise you, He will change your life forever as He did mine. He is the ONLY way to heaven and He loves you all. Please think deeply about this with urgency because this is your eternal life and soul, you don’t know when you could die, meaning you could die at any moment, so please consider this with all your heart. If anyone tells you that Jesus isn’t the only way, they are lying to you and they don’t care about your future..

Guys, mechanical engineers in India, are majorly handling and supervising, skilled and unskilled labours and maintaining the production lines. Remember they also are In designing as well, but it is pretty rare. Traditionally roles of maintaining the production lines are given to male because of the un-organised way of treatment with labours. Basically dog to sheep relationship. This kind of relationship you'll find at various hierarchy, like production manager to line manager and line manager to labours who are the actual executives doing the job. Obviously in Maintenance you see this hierarchy as well. And even in QA. Males are first choice for all these roles because of the fact, how upper level management is used to treating the employees with stick rather than the carrot. Obviously same goes for the lower levels of hierarchy. So it becomes really impossible for females, to break into this industry. Some years back I found out people who came out of this rut by doing leadership and cost cutting courses, Lean and Six Sigma etc. Go give it a try if you are under same rut. I've heard about 3D design is another good option , but don't know much about this.

Guys A mechanical Engineer at Tata, Maruti, Mahindra starts at 50-70K at entry level, you need to be from good college to be accepted as one. From there onwards 15-20%increment is normal, switch and get 30-60% increment. So according to her, mechanical engineers are basically labourers who need to be physically fit to lift things 😂
@Jassibro Жыл бұрын
She explains priority guys.... It's her priority that she doesn't want to do jobs demanding physical activity more.... That is why, it is impossible to see girls doing jobs like that

If you want a job in the core industry,you have to clear the GATE exam with good marks or if you just qualify then also fine. Also there are exams like ESE which is conducted every year so yes if you wish to stay in the core field,aim for these exams. Else you have to be satisfied with the low salary. I think every university and college needs to appoint a career counsellor who can guide the students in a proper direction like if you are from a core branch,what are your options. Even many reputed private companies value the GATE score while recruiting.

Please write a disclaimer she didn't have any knowledge of mechanical engineering in production planing or thermal and mechanical design we are getting more that you can expect in IT

Absolute nonsense. Its far more easy to get a job for a girl in ME than to get a IT job.

Back in college days me and my friends from different branch used to roast each other as labour (civil), puncture wala (mech.), future scammer(cse), electrician uncle (electrical). Fun days.

I am a Aerospace engineer at Airbus. I didn't switch my domain but we do employ IT professionals as sub-contractors very difficult to manage. And I also don't do modelling. 😂😂

But engineers in Mechanical are not doing physical work, in line where production is happening (however lifting of things is mostly automated/ robotic) actly workmen works, not the engineers. In fact no linkage with female and male salary discrepancy if engineer
@rupeshbhavsar1544 Жыл бұрын
There is automation buy u need visual inspection that's why u need to lift parts and assembly

Main issue any mechanical engineering farm faces while recruiting a female associate is their safety, you can’t send a female associate to a remote village/city for a random govt contract. 😢
