All the accents are all so very different because of the long history . The north east has a very unique accent and is because of its Viking roots . Manchester and Liverpool more so have an Irish twang because of the Irish migration in the 19th and 20th century . The Birmingham accent , the peaky blinder one is very distinct to. The posh queens accent is relatively new historically too.

The working class wanted brexit, it was mainly the people who have never been outside of London that wanted to stay. Bit like America where people in LA and New York refer to the rest of the country as "flyover States"

This compliation cut out a lot of the original videos so the context was missed. A lot of them are a lot more funnier when you watch the whole thing

4:15 the uk has more accents than the us has cities. ( i made that up but they have a lot) i think its common for european countries to have a bunch of different accents. I can drive for 30 minutes in my own country and the people would have a completely different accent, drive for another 30 and its different again.

The best British accents are Geordie, Liverpudian and Welsh. The worst are London (Cockney), Yorkshire and Bristolian. Being from Bristol I can vouch for that!
