I have been doing your Cutting cords meditation and I’m on day 26. At first I found it super easy to do and very emotional as so many things were coming to the surface. As it got to day 14 I started to find it more challenging to actually do (feeling slight resistance) but I pushed through and still got it done daily. Now that challenging feeling has passed and it flowing again with so much ease to complete. I almost noticed that during the meditation as the days have gone by I have less and less things to find that needs to be cut. I no longer feelings of sadness while doing it and there are no longer any tears. So sometimes during the cutting I have nothing to cut but just remain in meditation m. My question is if there is nothing to cut and I find myself trying to find things is it still working for me? I really want to complete the 40 days as suggested by you.

Is this supposed to make me extremely emotional and cry? I need to cut these cords, but at the same time my heart is so connected and doesn’t want to let go. I never understood why my heart was so connected, but it’s so painful to let go…. I still don’t want to.
@OfficialFaithHunter2 ай бұрын
@@rebeccalampasone hi this can make you feel emotional and yes, it can definitely make you cry. As you were cutting the chords and releasing attachment often it can be emotionally challenging to let go because those attachments can often be so intertwined into our state of being in our lives, but it becomes our norm. But as you start to release, let go and reset know that you are creating a higher version of yourself a more free and expanded version of who you truly are. patient with yourself continue to do the practice breathe through your emotions and take time to journal your thoughts
