It's really awesome that she spent so much time doing this interview and (seemingly) enjoyed it.

I have met a lot of bands but Halestorm was definitely the nicest! I still have pics when I was right in the front of a short stage with not a lot of people there for them and they talked with us like we were long friends and gave me picks, drums sticks, and RJ signed his autographs with “keep drumming”. It was back in their RV days. Thank you Full Circle for putting content like this so I could try to figure out how to grow our music career! ~KiM~

The greatest female rock singer since Anne Wilson and Pat Benatar. Even more amazing, though, is that even with all that talent she and the band have, they're incredibly humble.

@@RYx222 I certainly can't fault you for your opinion. Taylor _is_ good -- and I _do_ like the Pretty Reckless music quite a bit -- but her vocals don't (IMHO) measure up to Lzzy's.

"I am the fire" the first song I heard from Hale storm. I think more ideologically than almost everybody, and the lyrics of that song are the strongest lyrics of "individualism" that I have heard for decades, since Sinatra's "My Way". It is like she read Ayn Rand a lot. Ayn Rand would have loved the lyrics of "I am the fire", just as she loved the best an individual can be in a free society. RIP Ayn Rand, Carry on Lzzy Hale. :) Ayn Rand book about art, "The Romantic Manifesto". Awesome read to help bring up mankind with art. Lzzy is living. She understands too I think.

Saw them in 2005, unknown, playing backup to Dark New Day, Crossfade, and headliner Seether at Musikfest in August 2005, Bethlehem, PA, next town over from where Crocodile Rock was in Allentown, PA. Halestorm just played in the PPL Center in Allentown, PA supporting Alice Cooper. I have a picture of them at that Musikfest venue (I did not take it) they look so young.

If you are a Halestorm fan, If you're a Lzzy Hale fan and you want to see that 14 year old nerdy girl Lzzy Reaction, check out the 2014 Country Music Awards was Eric Church featuring Lzzy Hale. I like to describe the performance as unknown Rock Girl destroys at CMT Awards. At one point Eric Church points to Lzzy and says Lzzy hale the Grin that follows goes right back to fourteen-year-old Lzzy. Yes ima Obsessed Lzzie fan

There’s an interview somewhere (Loudwire Fact or Fiction?) where she explains it was actually a spelling mistake someone made on an online discussion forum. Lzzy just thought it looked cool misspelled, and whala! History!
