How to Reshaft a Golf Club Tutorial!

Thank you for a really descriptive video, I have noticed that on your website you publish the length of the clubs, I have Ping G30, so for the 4 iron it has a length of 38.88”. Is this the length of the shaft only or does it include the club head? I am looking to replace some soft flex shafts and have an extra 0.5” on the clubs so need to make sure I get the right measurements. Thanks, Matt from the UK
