What Does Progress Feel Like To You?

I recently asked on one of static posts, “What does progress feel like to you?”
I then extended the conversation to my glam team - while I was getting dolled up for an event, we began to unpack what seems like a straightforward question but is actually quite intricate.
I’ll say it again; for me, progress feels like healing; like peace, which gives me the ability to steady myself in the face of all kinds of situations, so that the fear of the unexpected does not hold me back from putting myself out there and scaling my vision.
