I actually felt super bad for Wardlow almost slipping when they were leaving the stage. It's the worst thing when you're a heelish big man and some botch happens like that, as it takes away from the threat you represent. We're all human, yeah, but man, the cameraman fucked up getting that shot on live TV. I thought the entire show was really botchy that night.

His character wasn't an athlete, he wasn't a fighter, so it's not shameful for a smarmy, annoying heel manager to get embarrassed and tossed around by a midget wrestler like it would be for Lance Archer to spend longer than 20 seconds squashing someone like Marko Stunt. MJF has become one of my favorites to see when I watch AEW. He has a character, cuts pretty good promos, pretty decent in the ring without having to do 5000 flips. Marko Stunt should get beat up in every match he's in. If they're doing a "sports-based" wrestling show, since the entire roster is bigger and stronger than him, everyone should be able to just knock the dude out with a few punches or counter him every time he tries a high spot and slam him to the ground
